AFC Insurance Company, a subsidiary of AFC Holdings, is looking for a suitable candidate to join its
Graduate Trainee programme to explore a unique career development and training opportunity in
ICT. Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, the successful candidate will have an exciting
opportunity to join a young, innovative and results oriented team. We seek to recruit a
highly-motivated individual with a drive to “thinking outside the box”.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support, monitor and implement relevant software systems.
• Attending to help desk queries and inquiries relating to ICT.
• Providing support to server software and hardware.
• Implementation of the Disaster Recovery Plan as per company ICT policy.
• Provide ICT innovations.
• Implementing and designing digital solutions for the company.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Have a degree or diploma in Information Technology.
• Have completed your degree within the last 2 years or are due to graduate by December 2023.
• Have no more than two years of relevant work experience.
• Be a team player with strong leadership potential.
• Demonstrate drive, ambition, and a passion for challenging work in our operations.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrable ability to use reasonable and sound judgment.
