In respect of my crop aforesaid and such ranks as a prescribed cost as defined by Regulation is payable in terms of Section 14 (1) of the Farmer’s Stop Order Act, (Chapter 18:11) 1963, and I/we do hereby indemnify the above named addressee against all and any claims or proceeds which may be brought against any loss which may sustain by reason of its payment of the amount aforesaid as authorized and certified by me/us herein.(Required)

This Certificate will NOT be accepted by the Grain Marketing Board Unless it has been signed by the farmer and witnessed.
A stop order fee of 2.5% will be deducted from the Farmer for each payment of this certificate.
1. COTTON and GRAIN cannot be on the same form.
2. If GRAIN is stated above, the stop order will apply to ALL the following Grains unless individual Grains are specified: MAIZE, COFFEE, SORGHUM, SHELLED and UNSHELLED NUTS, SOYA BEANS, WHEAT, SUNFLOWER, MHUNGA, RAPOKO, RICE AND EDIBLE BEANS.
