This department develops and implements Mechanisation programs for all farmers and develops targeted mechanisation products which enhance and improve the Zimbabwe Agricultural value chain space. It also ensures that Mechanisation operations are carried out to all farmers using appropriate mechanisation systems. It develops and implements Agricultural Equipment Leasing packages to all categories of farmers from small scale; medium and large scale farmers.

The Technical Services department focuses on development and implementation of a cohesive strategic plan for the technical growth of the AFC Leasing Company. Accordingly, the department provides advice and support for acquisition and servicing of Machines, Equipment and Spare Parts to ensure that the AFC Leasing Company operates effectively and efficiently at any given time.

The Finance Department prepares and analyses financial statements, assist in strategy preparation, capital raising, funding and financing the business operations, budget preparation and control, Board Reporting, financial planning, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, preparation of management reports which are used for decision making purposes, assist in the implementation and maintenance of a sound internal control systems and implementation of credit controls.
